How to Find Your Receipt Forwarding Email in Float

Learn how to find your Float receipt-forwarding email so Sanso can send your receipts to Float automatically.

Step 1 - Go to the Receipts Page in Float

  1. Log in to your Float account.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Receipts.
    You’ll land on the page:
    https://app.floatfinancial.com/receipts

Step 2 - Locate Your Forwarding Email Address & Copy the Address

At the top of the Receipts page, you will see a box labeled Forward receipts.

Inside this box, Float displays your unique forwarding email address — it looks something like:

This is the email address where Float expects your receipts and invoices to be forwarded.

Step 3 - Paste the Address Into Sanso

Go back to your Sanso Email AutoCollect setup and paste this Float forwarding email into the field email in two possible places

  1. During onboarding
    Paste the Float forwarding email into the field:
    “Set where Sanso should send your invoices.”

  2. From your dashboard
    If you’re already onboarded, you can update the forwarding email directly from the "Finance Tool" settings.
