How to Find Your Invoice Forwarding Email in Yooz

For Sanso to automatically send your invoices to Yooz, you need to enter your dedicated Yooz forwarding email address. Here’s how to find it in just a few seconds.

Step 1 – Open the Configuration menu

In Yooz, click the gear icon at the bottom left to access your settings.

Step 2 – Go to Purchase Sources or Import Documents

In the sidebar, open the section that handles purchase-invoice imports.
Depending on your Yooz version, this section may be called:

  • Purchase Sources

  • Import Documents

  • Document Acquisition

Step 3 – Locate your dedicated Yooz email address

You’ll see an email address that looks like:

This is the address where you should send your purchase invoices so they appear automatically in Yooz.


Step 4 - Paste the Address Into Sanso

Go back to your Sanso Email AutoCollect setup and paste this Yooz forwarding email into the field email in two possible places

  1. During onboarding
    Paste the Yooz forwarding email into the Email field.

  2. From your dashboard
    If you’re already onboarded, you can update the forwarding email directly from the "Finance Tool" settings.
